诗篇Psalm 25

2 我 的 　 神 啊 ， 我 素 来 倚 靠 你 ； 求 你 不 要 叫 我 羞 愧 ， 不 要 叫 我 的 仇 敌 向 我 夸 胜 。

3 凡 等 候 你 的 必 不 羞 愧 ； 惟 有 那 无 故 行 奸 诈 的 必 要 羞 愧 。

4 耶 和 华 啊 ， 求 你 将 你 的 道 指 示 我 ， 将 你 的 路 教 训 我 ！

5 求 你 以 你 的 真 理 引 导 我 ， 教 训 我 ， 因 为 你 是 救 我 的 　 神 。 我 终 日 等 候 你 。

21 愿 纯 全 、 正 直 保 守 我 ， 因 为 我 等 候 你 。

22 神 啊 ， 求 你 救 赎 以 色 列 脱 离 他 一 切 的 愁 苦 。

1 To you, O LORD, I lift up my soul.

2 O my God, in you I trust; let me not be put to shame; let not my enemies exult over me.

3 Indeed, none who wait for you shall be put to shame; they shall be ashamed who are wantonly treacherous.

4 Make me to know your ways, O LORD; teach me your paths.

5 Lead me in your truth and teach me, for you are the God of my salvation; for you I wait all the day long.

6 Remember your mercy, O LORD, and your steadfast love, for they have been from of old.

7 Remember not the sins of my youth or my transgressions; according to your steadfast love remember me, for the sake of your goodness, O LORD!

8 Good and upright is the LORD; therefore he instructs sinners in the way.

9 He leads the humble in what is right, and teaches the humble his way.

10 All the paths of the LORD are steadfast love and faithfulness, for those who keep his covenant and his testimonies.

11 For your name's sake, O LORD, pardon my guilt, for it is great.

12 Who is the man who fears the LORD? Him will he instruct in the way that he should choose.

13 His soul shall abide in well-being, and his offspring shall inherit the land.

14 The friendship of the LORD is for those who fear him, and he makes known to them his covenant.

15 My eyes are ever toward the LORD, for he will pluck my feet out of the net.

16 Turn to me and be gracious to me, for I am lonely and afflicted.

17 The troubles of my heart are enlarged; bring me out of my distresses.

18 Consider my affliction and my trouble, and forgive all my sins.

19 Consider how many are my foes, and with what violent hatred they hate me.

20 Oh, guard my soul, and deliver me! Let me not be put to shame, for I take refuge in you.

21 May integrity and uprightness preserve me, for I wait for you.

22 Redeem Israel, O God, out of all his troubles.

Some folks have very set forms for the way they pray. They may consciously move through parts of prayer such as adoration, confession, thanksgiving, supplications (sometimes known by the acronym ACTS). Other folks may let prayer take on a "stream of consciousness" form when they pray about whatever comes into their minds, in whatever order the topics suggest themselves.

John Calvin wanted to be sure Christians realized that it is important to order our prayers by asking for God's pardon, as the psalmist did: "Do not remember the sins of my youth or my transgressions; according to your steadfast love remember me, for your goodness' sake, O Lord!"(Ps 25:7). Calvin wrote, "The right and proper order of prayer therefore is, as I have said, to ask at the very outset, that God would pardon our sins..... In order, therefore, that God may mindful of his mercy towards us, it is necessary that he forget our sins..... When God casts our sins into oblivion, this leads him to behold us with fatherly regard."

We may rightly begin our prayers by addressing God with praise. But we should move on to asking for God's pardon of our sins. Then we can know and experience God's mercy, which wipe away our sins -- into "oblivion", said Calvin. God's mercies of loving, listening, and providing for us as we pray are blessings we receive along with the great blessing of having our sin forgiven. God in "steadfast love" remembers us, forgiving and blessing us!

祷告要点：我们开始的祷告，当向上帝请求饶恕。当你请求饶恕时，要承认你的罪过，并在耶稣基督里祈求上帝的饶恕之爱。

Prayer point: Orient your prayers to asking God's pardon toward the beginning of your prayer. When you ask for pardon, confess your sins, and pray for God's forgiving love in Jesus Christ.
