祈祷—为神的荣耀而活 诗篇9:1-14

1耶和华啊！我要全心称谢你，我要述说你一切奇妙的作为。
2我要因你快乐欢欣；至高者啊！我要歌颂你的名。
3我的仇敌转身退后的时候，就在你的面前绊倒、灭亡。
4因为你为我伸了冤，辩了屈；你坐在宝座上，施行公义的审判。
5你斥责了列国，灭绝了恶人；你涂抹了他们的名，直到永永远远。
6仇敌的结局到了，他们遭毁灭，直到永远；你拆毁他们的城镇，使它们烟没无闻。
7耶和华却永远坐着为王，为了施行审判，祂已经设立宝座。
8祂必以公义审判世界，按正直判断万民。
9耶和华要给受欺压的人作保障，作患难时的避难所。
10认识你名的人必倚靠你；耶和华啊！你从未撇弃寻求你的人。
11你们要歌颂住在锡安的耶和华，要在万民中传扬祂的作为。
12因为那追讨流人血的罪的，祂记念受苦的人，祂没有忘记他们的哀求。

Psalm 9:1-14（ESV）
1 I will
give thanks to the Lord with my whole heart; I will recount all of your
wonderful deeds.
2 I will be
glad and exult in you; I will sing praise to your name, O Most High.
3 When my
enemies turn back, they stumble and perish before your presence.
4 For you
have maintained my just case; you have sat on the throne, giving righteous
judgment.
5 You have
rebuked the nations; you have made the wicked perish; you have blotted out
their name forever and ever.
6 The enemy
came to an end in everlasting ruins; their cities you rooted out; the very
memory of them has perished.
7 But the
Lord sits enthroned forever; he has established his throne for justice,
8 and he
judges the world with righteousness; he judges the peoples with uprightness.
9 The Lord
is a stronghold for the oppressed, a stronghold in times of trouble.
10 And those
who know your name put their trust in you, for you, O Lord, have not forsaken
those who seek you.
11 Sing
praise to the Lord, who sits enthroned in Zion! Tell among the peoples his
deeds!
12 For he
who avenges blood is mindful of them; he does not forget the cry of the
afflicted.
13 Be
gracious to me, O Lord! See my affliction from those who hate me, O you who
lift me up from the gates of death,
14 that I
may recount all your praises, that in the gates of the daughter of Zion I may
rejoice in your salvation.
祈祷--为神的荣耀而活
诗篇第9篇欢庆神的大能与神的公义。焦点就在神自己的身上，焦点在神是谁（神的名字）和祂所做成的（奇妙的作为）：“耶和华啊！我要全心称谢你，我要述说你一切奇妙的作为。我要因你快乐欢欣；至高者啊！我要歌颂你的名。（1-2节）”
Psalm 9
celebrates God’s power and justice. The focus is on God –who God is (God’s
“name”) and what God has done (“wonderful deeds”): “I will give thanks to the
Lord with my whole heart; I will tell of all your wonderful deeds. I will be
glad and exult in you; I will sing praise to your name, O Most High” (vv. 1-2).
神与诗人同在，即使在受苦中，神是“把我从死门拉上来（13节）”的那一位。这引导着诗人更深地渴望“述说你一切可称颂的事，并在锡安的城门因你的救恩欢乐。（14节）”
God was with
the psalmist. Even when he suffered, God was the “one who lifts me up from the
gates of death” (v. 13). This leads to the psalmist’s deep desire to “recount
all your praises, and, in the gates of daughter Zion, rejoice in your
deliverance” (v. 14).

What else
would one want to do to celebrate who God is and what God has done – except
praise God, thank God, and express gratitude to God! As the Strasbourg Reformer
Martin Bucer noted, the psalmist “prayed that he would celebrate his praises in
the gates and gatherings of Zion, in the church of the people of God, and
openly testify of his happiness concerning the salvation received from God. So
the saints only ask to live for the glory of God.”
今天，我们庆贺从上帝那里来的救恩 – 拯救、怜悯、宽恕。我们应当喜乐地寻求为神的荣耀而活。这是我们首要的祷告内容。为神的荣耀而活来祷告！为上帝的荣耀而活是一种脉搏力，意思是它比任何的事物都更为重要。我们赞美神，感谢神，也向人宣告我们为神的荣耀而活的救恩。神的荣耀是我们所有的一切。
Today, we
celebrate salvation from God – deliverance, mercy, forgiveness. In joy, we
“only ask to live for the glory of God.” This is our primary prayer. Pray to
live for God’s glory! Living for God’s glory is the pulsating power that means
more to us than anything else. We praise God, thank God, and declare salvation
by living for God’s glory. God’s glory is all in all!
